In 2013, Actshun was wrongfully and falsely convicted of CSC IV (criminal sexual conduct fourth degree, a misdemeanor that holds authority like a felony), in which he wasn’t incarcerated, but systematically imprisoned. This caused turmoil in his life which created depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. He turned his life around and now wants to assist those who have also lost their way to find themselves again, too, all while still trying to clear their name. Additionally, he has certifications in suicide prevention and peer coach counseling for drugs and alcohol abuse.
Actshun has also started a non-profit organization called WroCoSo (Wrongfully Convicted Sex Offenders) for community outreach. WroCoSo will provide assistance to those who have been wrongfully and falsely accused of a sex crime. The goal of WroCoSo is to help individuals clear their names and get their lives back.
